The QA Schedule Window is an automatic guide for scheduled QA. Different templates are entered and scheduled by the physicist during initial setup. Scheduled templates prompt the user for a measurement, and the measured data is compared against the template standards. If the measured data is not within tolerance, the user will immediately be notified and must either take a new measurement, accept the current measurement, or cancel. Under normal circumstances all measured and calculated data will not require verification by the user unless there is a violation of the standard criteria. All accepted data is saved and archived automatically in the database for later viewing.

The database included with the Daily QA 3 provides a graphical presentation of measured and calculated data for each scheduled template as a function of time. The user has the option to choose which data parameters to view, and over what period of time to view them.

The template setup window allows users to define and schedule templates.

Templates may be scheduled for for daily, weekly, monthly, or annual recurrence.
