The Application Specialist provides advanced physics and clinical level pre-sales support on SNC products to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable on SNC's products as well as the industry's concepts, practices and procedures. Minimal travel required. At least five years experience in radiation therapy industry is preferred and three years experience in customer relations. A Masters degree in Physics, Engineering or a technical related field is a plus and no less than a Bachelors degree is required. The Application Specialist reports to the Director of Sales. PRODUCT INSTALLATION AND TRAINING ENGINEER The Product Installation and Training Engineer will interact directly with SNC’s customer base and be responsible for initial installation and setup of hardware and software components on the customer site. Candidate will deliver specialized training to the customers and their staff. Candidate should have good familiarization with technical business environments. Travel is a key component of this position and may reach up to 75% (primarily domestic and potentially international travel). Candidate should have strong Installation and training skills, possess strong organizational skills and be able to self-manage. Strong documentation is a must. A background in Sales is desired but not required. Candidate should have 3+ years experience as a trainer/installer and a Bachelor’s degree is required. Previous training background in the radiation therapy field is desired but not required. This position is in Melbourne, Florida. PRODUCT MANAGER Sun Nuclear is looking for the right individual to join our team as Product Manager. This position is a key part of the product management team within the Research and Development organization. The Product Manager provides leadership by taking ownership of product definition, market analysis, product planning, and product rollout to meet established business objectives for a set of dedicated product lines. In this role, he/she will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Research and Development to define and manage product objectives, tracks requirements throughout the development process, and manages timely and proper product evaluation and validation prior to product release. They will further own the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, prioritization and scheduling of product feature releases, and will also be a key driver to create a strategic product vision supporting Sun Nuclear's long term business goals. SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER The primary role involves manual and automated testing activities which encompasses designing, writing and running tests on various Sun Nuclear Software applications. Sun Nuclear Software Test Engineer’s focus is to produce quality test designs, while directly interacting with Software Engineers and subject matter experts to gain product knowledge, and software test development capability. The candidate should possess excellent team skills in addition to strong communication skills, both written and oral, as well as a fundamental knowledge in one or more programming concepts and theories. A Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent work or degree is required. This position is in Melbourne, Florida.
