The RTD software supports data acquisition with a variety scanning devices, including 2D and 3D waterphantoms, film densitometer and/or in-air scanning frames. RTD also supports a wide variety of probes, including thimble ion chambers, parallel chambers such as Markus- and Roos-type chambers and diode detectors, as well as lightdetecting diodes.



An RTD Acquisition Plan Editor allows the user to adjust certain study parameters and scan properties. These changes may be applied to the current study file or to the acquisition plan (template) file.
